Lumax Structural has been proudly contributing to the Jeppesen Terminal at Denver International Airport since 2023. As construction approaches completion, we look forward to continuing our work at DEN and expanding our presence at airports across the country.

Tenant Improvement

Whitewater Training Facilities
After whitewater engineers establish the layout and features of a whitewater facility, Lumax Structural brings the design to life by engineering the critical structural elements. Our team designs the concrete channels, retaining walls, bridges, dams, and control gates that guide both water and visitors safely through the course—and seamlessly back to the start for another run.
Construction/Delegated Design
Delegated design involves close collaboration between the design team and the contractor, where specific structural elements—such as connections or stair systems—are assigned to the contractor for detailed engineering. We support contractors by providing the required structural design for these delegated components, ensuring compliance with project specifications and applicable codes.

Public Art
We collaborate with artists and fabricators to ensure the structural integrity of art pieces under all environmental conditions, as well as throughout transport and installation. Building loads can change due to factors such as occupancy modifications or the addition of new rooftop equipment. We evaluate existing structures using available drawings or field measurements to verify capacity and, when necessary, develop strengthening solutions to meet updated demands.
Structural Condition/Failure Assessment
Our engineers perform detailed structural evaluations and, when needed, provide repair reports and construction drawings.
In the event of a structural failure, we are available 24/7 to assess conditions and deliver emergency shoring designs, helping maintain safe occupancy while permanent repair solutions are developed.
