Structural Engineering Design
The design of new structures or structural expansions require an engineer to provide drawings and design calculations to attain a permit. We will work with a team of owners, architects, other engineers, and contractors to design structures that are conscientious of budget and schedule. We can support the team through Construction Administration and the successful opening of the building.
Foundation Design
Foundation design is essential for the long term performance of your structure. We can design new foundations or foundation modifications due to existing movement or future loading.
Construction/Delegated Design
Delegated design is a collaboration between a design team and the contractor. There are often aspects of the structural design that the main engineer delegates to the contractor such as connections or stair design. We can aid the contractor in providing those engineered designs.
Peer Review
We provide structural peer reviews at the request of the owner or developer. Our peer reviews provide a second set of eyes on the drawings as we work together with the primary structural engineer.
